2. Our services

We create digital menu and business information pages for restaurants, cafés, bistros and similar businesses. Pages may be hosted on meniula.ro or implemented on a client’s own domain, as agreed.

The standard service does not include online ordering, payment processing, automated reservations or a client administration dashboard.

Translations, daily menu updates and other additional services are included only where expressly stated in the accepted offer.

3. Offers, prices and payment

Before work begins, we confirm the package, scope, price, hosting arrangements and estimated delivery time in writing.

The accepted offer and any separate agreement define the services purchased. Specific agreed provisions take precedence over these general terms.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in two instalments: 50% before work begins and the remaining 50% after approval, before launch.

Our quoted service prices are final. TELEDEME SRL is not registered for VAT and does not add VAT to its invoices.

Domain registration, hosting and other separately quoted services are charged as specified in the accepted offer.

4. Client materials and approval

The client supplies the materials required for the page, including menus, prices, quantities, ingredients, allergen information, opening hours, contact details, logos and images.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and for having the rights or permissions needed to publish the supplied materials.

The client reviews and approves the page before publication and provides updated information when changes are needed.

Illustrative images may be used where agreed. Any presentation of such images must avoid misleading visitors about the products actually available.

5. Delivery and revisions

The standard estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days after receipt of the deposit and all required materials.

Missing information, delayed approvals or changes to the agreed scope may affect this estimate.

Unless otherwise agreed, setup includes two rounds of consolidated revisions within the agreed scope. Additional work is quoted separately and carried out after approval.

6. Administration on MeniuLa

Where purchased, the administration service includes hosting of the page on the portal, maintenance, backups and the content updates specified in the accepted offer.

The standard update allowance is one consolidated request per month covering changes to up to five products, together with opening hours or contact details. Updates are normally completed within two working days after receipt of complete information.

Unused update allowances do not carry over.

New categories, full menu replacements, structural changes and work beyond the agreed allowance are quoted separately. Daily menu publication is subject to a separate arrangement.

7. Use of a client’s own domain

Implementation on an existing domain or website depends on technical compatibility and the agreed scope.

Domain registration, hosting, implementation and optional ongoing administration are separate services unless expressly included in the offer.

An existing website may require an assessment before we can confirm the work and price.

8. Renewal and ending the service

Portal administration is billed quarterly and does not renew automatically. A further period is confirmed and paid for separately.

If the service is not renewed, it ends at the close of the paid period. We provide the client with a copy of the original content they supplied, and the portal page is deactivated.

Migration to another website or hosting provider is not included unless separately agreed. Third-party licences and tools are subject to their own terms.

After deactivation, the page’s link and QR code no longer provide access to the active digital menu.

9. Availability and external services

Maintenance, hosting incidents or problems affecting external providers may temporarily interrupt access to the website or particular features.

Links and features provided by third parties depend on those services and their own terms.

10. Demonstration pages and restaurant information

Pages identified as demonstrations may contain fictional business details, sample menus, example prices and illustrative images. They are intended to show the service and do not constitute offers from a real restaurant.

For actual businesses listed on MeniuLa, menu information and business details are supplied and approved by the relevant business. Please contact that business directly about product availability, current prices, ingredients, allergens, orders or reservations.

11. Privacy and cookies

Information about the processing of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

Details about the cookies used, their purposes and durations, and the options for managing them are available in our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future services. Updates do not automatically change an existing accepted agreement. Changes to an existing agreement are agreed separately.

We will first seek to resolve disputes amicably. These terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the competent courts.
